Refund information will be sent via email from The Ticketing Co. with refund information for cancelled shows.

If an artist has a VIP Meet and Greet ticket option, details will be provided with purchase via ticketing service. These will usually take place 60-120 minutes prior to doors opening to the general public. If you have any questions about your VIP Meet and Greet do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We store any lost items for 30 days, please reach out if you think you left something at the venue.
