This IPA is an example of malt simplicity. We only used one type of malt; all base pale two row malt. This beer is meant to let the fruity hops shine. The hops are a blend of Simcoe and Mosaic. Mosaic lends a nice fruity component that has a slight tropical edge with Simcoe contributing a grapefruit/citrus and pine character. Combined it has a balanced bitterness at 60IBUS and an ABV at 6.0%. The hopping was predominately late hopped and in the whirlpool, and finally dry hopped for an intense hop aroma and flavor.
