An IPA soured in our wort kettle, and then hopped with loads of Ekuanot and Amarillo during the boil. Dry hopped generously with the same hop varietals, this IPA is the perfect blend of sour and hoppy. Huge aromas and flavors of fresh grapefruit and mandarin orange.
