SEASONAL

This IPA made using modern hop varieties coming out of Germany. These hops are a result of Germans looking for new fruity aroma varieties to compete and compliment what comes out of Washington State. This beer will use a heavy dose of Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon, and Ariana hops. The dry hopping will be Ariana. The flavor and aroma will be fruit forward with a hint of German noble hop character. This is an experimental batch to evaluate the capabilities of the new German varieties. Notes of citrus, passion fruit, honey dew melon, peach, and tropical fruit.
