One of the only ale styles to originate in Germany, the Kolsch is very unique. The beer pours a beautifully clear, Blonde color, with a spritzy carbonation. Light bodied and slightly fruity from the specialized ale yeast, with a crisp clean finish that you might expect from a German style lager.
